proFLOW Specialty Polypropylene (PP) Resins
The mechanical and thermal properties of conventional PP resins are retained in the high melt flow rate proFLOW resins. However, proFLOW resins have a sharp melting transition to watery fluids having viscosities of 30 - 60 poise independent of shear rate.
Ebony Channel Black Concentrates
FDA approved, channel black concentrates are available in a variety of polymer carrier resins. Excellent dispersion of the channel black in these Ebony concentrates intense jetness in food contact applications.
polyFOAM Chemical Foaming Agent (CFA)
Endothermic CFA concentrates are available using a variety of polymeric carriers to generate CO2 foam structures in extrusion and injection molded plastic parts. polyFOAM used at low levels produces a fine gas bubble size which reduces part weight and improves dimension tolerance in thick walled parts.
Specialty Polymer Alloys and Concentrates
