MATERIAL:
DuraPET 0624 NLP-OC in Black and Natural

Made from Certified Ocean Prevented rPET. The DuraPET material replaces Polycarbonate in the main case housing and strap holder.  The DuraPET uses 91% recycled PET Bottles in the main material structure.  This equates to each SPOT keeping 2.5 PET Bottle from entering the Landfills and or the Oceans. The DuraPET replaced virgin Polycarbonate in the original product, which has a higher carbon footprint.  The case is also more resistant to UV and chemical degradation. It has a higher low temperature ductility than the original Polycarbonate material.  It is also a cyclical product, having the RIC code of 1, and can be ground to make a new future housing!
